Certification Eligibility For $0.00 Fee: This special rate is specifically designated for businesses that have any of the following certifications:
- Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) with the Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program (PAUCP)
- Holders of current certifications with the Eastern Minority Supplier Development Council (EMSDC) or the National Minority Supplier Council (NMSDC)
- Holders of current certifications with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)
- Holders of current (SBA) VetCert certifications
- Holders of current WOSB or 8(a) certifications with Small Business Administration (SBA)
You may need to complete the Diverse Business (DB) or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) PennDOT Supportive Services Annual Needs Assessment (ANA) if your company has not completed one of these surveys in the last 12 months.
